The outside zippers on both bags broke on the second ride I was on. It is a great design, but the build quality is poor. I brushed up against the tree and the bag ripped apart from the frame like the sewing was done with Velcro. Seems like they sewed right on the edge of the fabric and there was nothing there to hold it together.

I emailed customer service and they asked me for my order which I sent and then heard nothing else from them

Since one month I want to cancel or return my order without any reply.

Ok but it is difficult to understand that the bags are coming with the hard plates then it is not necessary to order a set of hard plates…

Good quality for price , installed on cfmoto 800mt.
