I've had this bag for a few years (May 23) and I kept forgetting to write a little blurb about it. (I'm only here because I had a bit of an oopsie with the bike and one of the side pockets has a bit of damage. (let's see what the insurance says).
Expected way more, as the bike went into the gravel next to the road. But the bag held up really really well. Better than the bike unfortunately (I was fine... ALWAYS WEAR PROPER GEAR KIDS!!!).

First of all. this is an awesome bag. It's ginormous and I don't even have the biggest one. I can just pop my whole backpack in there (containing my lunchbox, laptop and other stuff, without having to extend it.

Use it daily (Brisbane weather) and it just does its job.
The clips clips, the straps strap and the zips zip (although more on those later).

I have 2 points of criticism:
It's not waterproof. Not at all. Thankfully it's dry here most of the time. Even the raincover does not stop the occasional shower. Although maybe that's an age thing? Not sure.

The zippers FEEL fragile. Could be more heavy duty, but maybe because they look/feel a bit fragile I've been more careful with them, making them last longer. Still feel it could be a point of improvement.

Now, even with those criticisms, if I had to buy a new bag.
I would not hesitate for one second and buy another one.

I was pleasently surprised with the build quality for the price. I thought it is going to be cheap and easy to break, but these expectations were smashed when I opened up the bag. I've taken it for a quick 100-km ride, without any issue. It is plenty big for keeping my camping gear. The included accessories (straps and raincover) are great.
So far it is very good compared to my expectation.
I'm only giving4 stars, as I've had 2 minor issues:
1) The smell of the bag was very strong plastic-factory smell. Thankfully a day out in the sun and wind took about 90% of it away, so I can no longer smell it from 10 meters.

2) When feeding the tie down strap back into it's metal buckle (the correct way) it can slip, as the spring on the metal buckle isn't strong enough to hold it by itself. This can be solved by helping the spring by a push of the finger for the metal buckle to bite into the strap a bit harder. Then the strap cannot slide anymore.

All in all, for this money, this was a great purchase, as the minor issues I could solve fairly quickly.
