We understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. We offer a full refund for items returned up to 30 days from delivery and please contact our Customer Service Team.  

30 days+ orders, kindly reminder we don`t provide free return shipping label, please send items to us, we will provide shipping address.

Proof of purchase and product photos must be provided for all refund requests. Items must be returned in an unused and sellable condition. 

For all returns & refunds, please contact our aftersales team prior to sending anything back to us.



It is sometimes possible for us to amend or cancel orders prior to dispatch. If you notice a problem with your order or simply wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, it might would be a trouble to cancel your order. 


Amazon or other platforms after-service questions & Return

Kindly please understand we have lots of dealers which selling our items in all over the world. We highly recommend that you would contact the seller directly which you bought before, they will response and address your questions quickly than us.

If you have purchased an item on Amazon, you can find the seller's contact information on the order page. 
First, log into your Amazon account and go to the My Orders page. 
On this page, you can find a list of items you have previously purchased. 
Find the order you need to contact the seller for and click the "Contact Seller" button to the right of the order. 
You will be redirected to the seller's contact page where you can fill in your question and send it to the seller.
