Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders received on a working day the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may move to the next working day.
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. For urgent orders, please leave a message with your order or email rhinowalk@rhinowalk.com.
Estimated delivery times
- United States & Canada: approximately 5–12 business days by standard shipping.
- European Union & United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days by standard shipping.
- Asia: approximately 3–7 business days by standard shipping.
