I have one of this bag. When the bag arrived the velcro tape was missing, but the support helped to have it and they sent me two pieces of it. So the bag is perfetly fit on my Kymco. I only use it to store the sheet of the scooter and the saddle. I gave a 5 for the support and for the bag. In the future I will order another bag for the saddle, and it will be fine for almost everything.
