At 26th of August, I sent you an email and, unfortunately, have not received a reply to this day.
I received the bags, looking nice, hopefully good quality!
BUT, there is a major design fault in the locking system.
When locked, every body can take the bags within a second.

Just simple push the locking pin and the bags can be removed.
For me, one of the key decisions for bying the bags was, that the bags were lockable.
Now I can’t leave the bags "locked" on my bike in the city for a second out of sight. It is tooo simple to steal the bags.
