i Ordered this to bolt to my vertical water bottle cage mounts , it just barely fits a 29x2.5-3 TPU tube and a tire lever , I aslo have a crank brothers m19 and a small tire repair kit. It is clean and well designed. While i didn’t use it as a top tube bag it would definitely be a great cheap andquality option for one.

It's actually waterproof and also sheds dirt pretty well. On my frame I had to drill new holes to mount it. A punch would be better than a drill. I wish it were a little slimmer at the back. It's slightly wider than my top tube and rubs my knees a little when climbing. The rubberized fabric grabs leg warmers. It's ignorable after I remember what's happening.
