The Rhinowalk MTR008 motorcycle side rack expansion plate adds a 420 x 350 mm multi-slot mounting surface to a compatible side luggage rack. The 6061 aluminum alloy panel can support securely strapped soft bags, tool bags and suitable accessory containers without relying on one fixed hole pattern.

Two installation routes

  • Ordinary side rack: uses the included MP24002 extension hardware.
  • High-position exhaust rack: requires the separately sold MP24003 extension kit.

The plate does not replace the motorcycle's structural side rack. Confirm the existing rack can support the combined plate, luggage and load.

Flexible mounting surface

  • 420 x 350 mm plate with multiple slots and round holes.
  • Adjustable bracket positions help align the panel to different compatible rack geometries.
  • Can be installed as a vertical luggage panel or a supported side platform when the rack geometry permits.
  • 6061 aluminum alloy balances rigidity and weight.

Fit and safety

Fit is conditional on the side rack's tube shape, open mounting area and bracket alignment. Install every required fastener, then check that the plate cannot rotate or shift. Keep the plate, hardware and cargo clear of the exhaust, rear wheel, swingarm and suspension through their full movement. Follow the rack and motorcycle load limits.
