I wasn’t sure whether to give the stabilizer 3 or 4 stars. My reasoning for this is that it works great as a stabilizer and a bottle cage holder, but tightening it is a bit of a problem as instead of the other bolt tightening at first (even with the washer plate) it just starts carving into the metal plate until it eventually tightens. But because of that it carves the black paint off. (The problem with that is that I’m somewhat scared of tightening it properly because i don’t want to damage it too much).
Other than that it works well and if anyone was wondering it is compatible with the Evoc 16 L seatbag.
