Customer service got me the duplicate straps I needed for my 8L bag, even tho they weren't listed on the site. And the phone pouch is great, works right thru the plastic cover, space inside for credit cards, molle attachments, but is lacking a port for a charging cord. I cut one myself easily enuf.

I contacted Rhinowalk because I needed another set of straps/buckles for a bag. I received a reply within a day. After another set of emails to ascertain my delivery address, a link was provided for me to place an order. The parts we reasonably priced and arrived very quickly.
