The 9/18L bags are reasonable for the price. I’ll attach straps to different locations to make them work for my Honda XR.
Delivery and customer service were both less than reasonable.
Prior to ordering, I confirmed with Rhinowalk that they deliver Via Amazon or Fed Ex. (I confirmed prior to order because USPS does not deliver to my physical home address).
For weeks I kept trying to make the “tracking” work but it never did. I also kept trying to contact “customer service” but apparently that consists of an automated bot that replies with useless “check tracking” suggestion. Finally, Rhinowalk responded to say that my package had been delivered - again, Not True. Then they told me to check with USPS! After going to two Post Offices, waiting… finally recovered my package from “undeliverable” mail…. What a hassle. I wasted far more than the cost of the bags just trying to get what I ordered. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM RHINOWALK AGAIN!

Good purchase for this price.

Took these things for a 3 night trip through British Columbia. They held up against the rain, dust, heat, etc. They held up. But… the straps are annoying to deal with (the Velcro leaves something to be desired) and it doesn’t sit as cleanly on my rear rack as I’d want. Taking them on and off the bike is also not really an option. But, for the money these definitely seem to bring it.

I had the 28l saddle bag. plenty of room for a 12 day mixed on- off-road trip with hotels/BnB. Bags were absolutely waterproof. Sturdy enough. Survived a few crashes without damage. Why not 5-stars? the straps with which you secure the bags to the could be a bit beefier and the attachment points the bags as well. Time will tell but I fear these are the first to fail after time. If they would it's not easily fixed. So just for peace of mind: beef up these. Also a inner color of anything other than black adds a lot of comfort. These 2 improvements would have been worth 10% of the - excellent! - retail price to me.
Really nice would be to have the option to somehow secure the bags to the bike and even better to prevent quick access to the contents (yes I know only deterrent value).
