This is the best 'backpack that converts to a pannier' style bag I have ever had. The design is easy to use, neat, and hard-wearing. When it is a backpack, it is comfortable, and when it is a pannier, it secures safely to the bicycle. It is the best of both worlds. Great bag all-round. The only thing I would say is the front pocket zip is very stiff.
